The accommodation includes 6 bedrooms, 3  bathrooms, seperate toilet, 2 fabulous entertaining decks,home office/flatlet, gourmet kitchen, large lounge room with slate floors, open fireplace, high ceilings & glass sliding doors out to the upper entertaining deck.

Upper Deck

The upper level of the house holds the two main bedrooms. Each room has an extra-comfortable Queen size bed. Both rooms offer a serene breathtaking outlook over the water and into the forest.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a private glass walled dual spa bath and twin washbasins which allows one to feel immersed in the surrounding forest.

The second bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom.

Central Deck

This level of the house is one large open plan area with lounge, dining area, kitchen and large entertaining deck.

The lounge features high ceilings, large tv,Piano, slate floors and a sandstone fireplace.

It opens out onto the primary entertaining deck, which offers breathtaking views of Cowan Creek.

The adjoining kitchen has all essential modcons to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay. These include a dishwasher, microwave and all necessary cutlery and crockery.

Lower Deck

The lower deck, standing a few metres above the water's edge holds the three remaining bedrooms, second entertainment deck and barbeque area.

All three bedrooms have extra comfortable Queen size beds and offer the luxury of a blissful night's sleep to sound of the water gently lapping onto the shore line. There is a bathroom with a shower and bath on this level.

The is a large screen TV with Foxtel and a music system.

The gas barbeque and entertainment deck offer the perfect setting for a fun-filled lunch at the waterside.

The Waterfront

The private jetty has boat access to the river for fishing swimming or exploring.

There is a tinny for the guests enjoyment, which can be used to explore Cowan Creek with all its small bays and beaches.

As Cottage Point is near to the ocean, the water has enough salt content to ensure that it is always clean and refreshing.

There is a bay across the creek which becomes a beach at low tide. The Cottage Point Inn and Restaurant is a five minute ride by boat or walk.
